Bridges to the Future Mindful Wellness Activities offers a variety of guided strategies that can be used daily such as yoga, dance, and self-care strategies to give young adults options to promote self-awareness, and empower youth to calmly acknowledge, accept, and express their feelings, thoughts, and bodies. Components of mindfulness are incorporated throughout activities to help young adults check in with themselves and their bodies. Hip-Hop Dance Instructor, Terah Jones will teach and demonstrate simple choreography for you to use when feeling stressed or need a positive outlet for negative emotions.
