Michele Grob is the Program Manager for Bridges to the Future Program and supervises the Transition Coordinators, Lead Youth Coordinator, and Youth Support Partners. She reviews Future Plans for the youth enrolled in the program, oversees the training of the staff, and conducts individual and group supervision. She facilitates weekly staff team meetings and provides outreach to agencies in the county. Michele participates in leadership and operational meetings that have shaped the program from the ground up.
Michele has 20 years’ experience in the field of children’s mental health, child and family services, adoptions, child custody evaluation, and parent coordination, as well as a wraparound care coordinator. Michele attended Salisbury University where she received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Work. Michele is currently a licensed Social Work Associate.
Michele’s hobbies are working out, fitness, traveling, reading, and spending time with her children and friends.
